Scott came through Denton Freedom House in 2017 as a broken man, but through the transforming power of Jesus, his life was made new. Since then, he’s faithfully served in several areas of DFH, but today, he’s found his home at Zera Coffee as one of our managers. Scott and his wife, Paige, were married in 2021 and are raising their two little boys, Landon and Titus, along with Scott’s sweet daughter, Evelyn. He loves getting to work alongside the DFH residents, serve the community with great coffee, and share the heart behind Coffee with a Cause—where every cup is part of God’s story of hope and restoration.
Tabitha brings a passion for creating meaningful spaces where people feel welcome and connected. She and her husband, Denny, are rooted in the Denton community and love being a part of what God is doing through Zera and Denton Freedom House. With a background in leadership, business, interior design, and ministry, Tabitha is dedicated to ensuring that every event at Zera is thoughtful, intentional, and filled with warmth. She was inspired by Denton Freedom House’s mission to mend broken lives through the power of the gospel and is excited to help cultivate an environment where every gathering—whether a casual coffee chat or a large event—reflects Zera’s heart for community, excellence, and hospitality.
Located inside Zera Coffee, Zera Events is a not-for-profit extension of Denton Freedom House Ministries, designed to create space for community, connection, and Kingdom impact. Whether you’re planning a small group, party, luncheon, reception, business meeting, or conference, Zera Events offers a welcoming environment to gather and grow.
We provide full-service catering, audio/visual support, and a team ready to serve you with excellence—all while supporting the ongoing mission of freedom, healing, and restoration through Jesus Christ.
